In March 2020 WAzzuOR Raw launched this new website.  Since we handle tens of thousands of products and have hundreds of members we are using a phased approach in what we can offer on this website.  Therefore some products can be purchased here but many will still be available only through the website we have been using the past several years.   The FAQ’s on this page only relate to the use of this new website.  The other website has it’s own FAQ’s.

WAzzuOR Raw is a membership-based buying group.  As such only members in good standing have access to shopping and much of the other content on the site.  Non-members can review these FAQ’s and also get more details specific to membership.

To become a member, simply follow the link to the New Member Registration Form. Upon submittal, your registration request will be reviewed. Once approved, you will be sent an invoice for payment of the annual dues.  When we have received your payment, you will have access to the entire website.  Yay!

We deliver to a variety of locations in Washington and Oregon. Cities include: Ferndale, Burlington, Stanwood, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Bothell, Edmonds, Bellevue, Southcenter, Port Orchard, Puyallup, Tumwater, Kelso, Vancouver, NE Portland, Oregon City, Hillsboro, Wilsonville, Salem and Albany.

Members can access maps and directions to our Delivery Locations.

How do I find out what products are offered and when?2020-03-13T14:06:48-07:00

Simply clicking on SHOP in the main menu will give you a list of all vendors currently available from which to order.  To find a list of all the regular products we offer along with how often they are available throughout the year see our Order Frequency Chart if you are a current member.

What are the Bundle, Naturals and Medley orders?2020-05-03T14:53:27-07:00

Most orders are made up of products from a given vendor.  However, the Bundle, Naturals, and Medley orders are orders made up of products from multiple vendors. For a complete list of vendors that are included in each of these orders see our Product Information page on our original site (link will open in a new browser tab).

How do I know when an order will open and close?2020-05-03T14:57:55-07:00

Simply go to the SHOP link in the main menu. There you will see all of the Orders that are currently open along with the close date for those orders. On the close date, shopping will be closed at 7:00pm PT.  Below the list of opened orders is a list of upcoming orders with the date that the orders will open. In addition, we email notices a couple times a week announcing when orders have opened (though most often there are new orders opening every few days).

After selecting an Order to shop, a page showing all the products available in that Order is displayed. There you will see the price of each item. Many products are offered in different sizes and in that case a price range will be displayed.  After selecting a specific product, a product detail page will be displayed with selection options, if available (such as size).  Once the selection option is chosen, the exact price is displayed.

Once you select a product to purchase, it gets placed into your shopping cart. A link to your shopping cart is always available in the upper-right hand corner of the page.  You can add as many products as you want to your shopping cart prior to checking out. To checkout simply click on the shopping cart link, complete the payment information and confirm your purchase.

If I miss an ordering deadline can I still order?2020-05-03T15:09:13-07:00

Sometimes it is possible to shop an Order after it closes. If an Order can be shopped after the close date the link to the Order will say “Request” instead of “Shop” . To order something that is on request, your shopping cart must be empty at the start.  Do not add non-request products to your cart when request products are in your cart.  Once you have added all the request-based products, you want to go to your cart to complete the checkout process as normal. In doing so, the only payment option will be “Pay Later”.

Once WAzzuOR Raw has reviewed your request you will be notified by email.  If all or any of your request can be fulfilled you will be able to go to your account online and pay for the order.  At that time your order will be confirmed.

How much is sales tax on my order?2020-03-21T18:31:06-07:00

Sales tax is based on your delivery location. Members can find out the effective sales tax rate for a given delivery location by looking at the Delivery Locations Sales Tax Chart.  Oregon members that submit a tax exempt form do not pay sales tax. Click here to download the Oregon Residents Sales Tax Exemption form.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my purchase?2020-05-03T15:35:28-07:00

We offer many different payment methods. These include Direct Deposit, Check, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), and Pay Later. If paying by PayPal or Credit Card your order is confirmed immediately.  If paying by any other method your order is not confirmed until funds are actually received by WAzzuOR Raw. In addition, you can go to your order at anytime by clicking on My Account and change your payment method. For instance, if you planned on paying by check but forgot and the payment due date is too soon to get the funds to WAzzuOR Raw in time, you can make a payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Zelle, or any other instant payment method, to avoid late fees.

Can I access my purchase details once I have made an order?2020-03-21T21:17:56-07:00

Yes. Simply log into your account and go to “My Account” and “Your Orders”. There you will see a complete list of all orders you have made. You can view your order and depending on the situation there may be more actions you can take such as make a payment and confirm your order.

When will my order be delivered?2020-05-03T15:38:25-07:00

Typically most orders are delivered within a couple weeks after payment is due. There are some exceptions. Some orders will be delivered within a days and others (due to supplier availability) may be a month or two. If the delivery date has been set you will see it clearly indicated on the “Shop” page as well as your order confirmation page and email confirmations. Any time a delivery date is changed and you have product ordered for that delivery you will receive an email notifying you of the change.

Go to “My Account” and there is a tab called “Delivery.” Click on that. There you will find an interactive map with the delivery address. You can easily get directions to the delivery location as well.

How do I know what time delivery is scheduled for my location?2020-05-03T15:41:45-07:00

Delivery times are typically set about one week prior to the delivery.  Once the delivery times are set, you will receive an email stating the delivery location, date, and time. Any subsequent emails related to your orders for a given delivery will display the delivery date and time.  If any changes occur to the delivery time you will also receive an email stating the new time.

How do I confirm my order?2020-05-03T15:47:48-07:00

Since we deliver your purchases to you, it is very important that prior to delivery we get your confirmation that your order is correct and that you will be at the delivery location on the date and at the time of the delivery. You must confirm your order no later than three days prior to the scheduled delivery. You can easily confirm your order after the delivery chart has been posted (which is seven days prior to delivery) by going to My Account and clicking the “Confirm Order” option for the desired order(s).

Given the importance of confirming your order, automated email reminders are sent out 7, 5, and 3 days prior to the delivery for any orders not yet confirmed.

What if I won’t be available to pick up my order?2020-03-27T12:12:10-07:00

We have a great group of people that help each other frequently. Go to “My Account” and there is a tab called “Delivery.” Click on that and you can see a list of other members that will be picking up product at the same delivery as yours. You may email those people to see if anyone will pick up your order for you.

If you are not going to be able to get your order for an extended period of time, we do have group freezers available for storage. There is a small cost for this service.

We have a WAzzuOr Raw Facebook Group for members only. In addition, we provide you with a way to communicate directly with fellow members picking up product at the same deliveries as you via email so members can be of help to each other.

What has changed with regard to my annual membership fee?2020-05-03T15:52:46-07:00

If you have already paid your 2020 membership dues, your membership is paid through December 31, 2020.  Any new memberships are valid for a one year period from the day you start or renew your membership.

Prior to the expiration date of your annual membership you will receive an email invoice reminding you to renew your membership. At that time you will go to “My Account” and there you can pay for your next year’s membership fee.

How can I make a purchase after an order has closed?2020-05-03T15:56:52-07:00

This has become extremely easy. Simply go to “Shop”. If an order is closed but still available for a late purchase request, the shopping icon will say “REQUEST” instead of the normal “SHOP”.

From that point the process is the same. Simply add the items to the cart that you want and then go to checkout. At checkout the only payment option available will be “Pay Later”. The reason for this is because the request must be reviewed by WAzzuOR Raw first. If any or all of your request can be confirmed you will receive an email indicating such and directing you to go to your “My Account” section of the site to pay for your order. Once you have paid, it will become confirmed.  Once you place a Late Request, you may not cancel it.  You must purchase any part of it we can get for you.

Because the system can now handle these special requests, for orders sold via this site you cannot make such requests via email or phone.

What is the “My Account” area of the website?2020-05-03T16:00:50-07:00

Your “My Account” area is the default place you will be directed whenever you log into the website. There you will find tabs for “Your Orders”, “Account Details”, “Payment Methods”, and “Delivery.”

Your Orders:

Here you will see and have access to all your purchase history (in this site) including any current orders. For each order there will be certain actions available to you depending on the status of the order. All orders can be viewed. Other possible actions include making a payment, changing your planned payment method, cancelling an order, and confirming your order.

Account Details:

This is where you can change your name, contact information, password, delivery location and so forth.

Payment Methods:

WAzzuOR Raw is integrated with First Data’s secure credit card processing system and are thus able to offer you a safe and secure way to store one or more credit cards in the system to make checkout fast and easy. Here you can manage those cards.

Delivery:

The “Delivery” section shows you helpful delivery-related information. It will always show details for the next delivery you have. Here we provide you a complete list of products and quantity that are being delivered to you. In addition, there is a list of all other members and their contact email addresses (if they have given permission for it to be shared) that are also picking up product at this delivery. This makes it easy for you to contact other members for help.

There is also access to an interactive Google Map of the delivery location just in case you have not been there before.

 

What happens if I fail to pick up my order that I confirmed prior to delivery?2020-03-29T22:08:56-07:00

If you or someone you have delegated to pick up your order does not pick it up at the agreed-upon designated time/place, you will forfeit your order with no refund.

What happens if I don’t pay for my order in full prior to the delivery date?2020-05-03T16:04:17-07:00

No orders are delivered if they haven’t been paid for in full.  If an order hasn’t been paid for in full by delivery date, the order will come back to the group freezer.  There is a $5 per day late fee (from the due date) plus freezer storage.  So please, pay on time.

How do I access the site as a member?2020-05-03T16:06:33-07:00

WAzzuOR Raw is a membership-based group and only members can access the site for shopping. On this new website simply logging into your personal account gives you access to the entire site. You control your own password.

Unlike the original website there is no site password that changes from time to time. This allows the site to be secure and much more personalized.

Yes! You can now see your order history for all orders made through this site.  Simply go to “My Account” to access this information.

Can I buy product from multiple Orders in one transaction?2020-05-03T16:08:57-07:00

You can now add products from multiple opened Orders into your shopping cart and then make one payment for everything in the cart.  While this may be easier there is also an important thing to be aware of.

Each Order has a payment due date. If you add products from different Orders into one transaction then the earliest payment due date of all the products in the purchase becomes your payment due date. Late payment fees will apply from the date of the payment due date.

If you do not want to have an earlier payment due date than may be necessary, we highly suggest you only add products from a given Order into your shopping cart and then checkout. You can then go and shop another open Order.

Do I get notified of an upcoming payment due date?2020-03-29T18:06:13-07:00

Yes, you will receive automated payment due reminders via email prior to your payment due date. Please pay attention to these notices. They are designed to help you avoid any late payment fees and to get you your products on schedule.

What has changed with late fees?2020-03-29T18:13:25-07:00

The fee for late payments is currently $5 per day.  What has changed is the late fees are now automatically applied to any order that is overdue on a daily basis. Each day that the order remains past due an additional $5 is added. Due to the financial penalty associated with late fees we do also send you an email notification each time the amount increases. Thus, the daily emails may become annoying enough that it encourages you to pay the balance due.

Keep in mind no orders are confirmed for delivery until paid in full.

Will I be reminded of an upcoming delivery?2020-05-03T16:14:13-07:00

You will receive an automated email reminder the day prior to your scheduled delivery.

Must I pay in advance?2020-05-03T16:17:19-07:00

All purchases must be paid for in advance of delivery. At the time of order you can choose from several forms of payment. You may change your payment method if desired but no matter what payment method you use, you must make sure that WAzzuOR Raw receives the money on or before the payment due date.

Are there any fees related to purchases?2020-05-03T16:21:27-07:00

A delivery fee is added to each order and is based on weight, dollar value or a combination of both. The delivery fee is very reasonable and is clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

Depending on your form of payment you may incur a processing fee. Any fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.

In addition, if WAzzuOR Raw has not received payment in full for an order by the payment due date, there is a $5/day late fee added to your order each day the order has a balance due (including any late fees add to the order).

 

Can I have you store my products if I can’t meet the delivery?2020-03-29T22:02:57-07:00

We do have a “group freezer” where we can store your order for you for later pick up or delivery.  There is a small charge for this of .07/lb per week.

As a rule, we don’t do door-to-door deliveries regardless of membership type.

Why do I only see PayPal or Credit Card as payment options?2020-05-03T16:26:30-07:00

If you only have these two payment options it is because you have been late on too many payments.  Therefore, you must pay for your order at the time you place your order.  To avoid undue financial risk to WAzzuOR Raw your account has been flagged to only allow these two payment options. If you believe your account has been flagged in error or you want it re-evaluated please don’t hesitate to contact customer support.

What is an “Order”2020-03-13T16:02:12-07:00

We use the term “Order” to mean a set of products that are available for sale at the same time. Most often an Order is a set of products from a given vendor but there are some Orders that are an aggregate of products from several vendors.  Each Order has an “Open” and “Close” date which is the range of dates the Order is available for sale.  Therefore, not all products that we sell are available for purchase all the time.  Throughout the year Orders of the same name will be opened. Members can see a comprehensive list of the frequency of Orders by going to the Order Frequency Chart.
